The formal mentorship relationship lasts for one academic year, but strong connections may continue beyond this timeframe.

Mentors volunteer their time. We encourage mentors to include this experience on LinkedIn or their resumes to highlight their leadership and communication skills.

First-time mentors will be assigned one mentee. Those with more experience may request to mentor additional students.

Mentors typically spend 1-3 hours per month with their mentee, depending on their availability and the mentee’s needs. The exact time commitment is flexible and should be determined mutually.
